Everyday Six Nations Justice is providing free support to those in need. With the help of our community, we are able to to help others start the new life they deserve through the Legal Defence Fund or Indigenous Victims Services.

All donations to Indigenous Victims Services will be used for victims of crime and other social tragedies, as well as for volunteer training.

The Indigenous legal aid fund is to help those who do not meet the legal aid Ontario financial threshold. Well over seventy percent of the people who are coming into the Family Law Information Clinic and Criminal Law Information Clinic do not meet the financial threshold. Many are a few thousand dollars above the financial threshold leaving them without any legal support. Indigenous people in Canada have a long history of not affording lawyers to represent them in family or criminal law courts and the outcomes for Indigenous people not having appropriate legal representation have had detrimental effects on their lives and families.
